PLEASE NOTE: During the implementation phase you are likely to have questions so we have made it easy for you to contact the people who are responsible for delivering your new system, website, and training. Under section 1, 2, and 4 you will see yellow buttons on the left side where you can schedule a meeting with each of us. Feel free to use this scheduling service so we can assist and keep you up-to-date on your set up.


Before we can start on your project we need your member data: 

​There are two ways to provide us with your membership data. Both ways require that we receive information on a spreadsheet. By looking at THIS .XLS file you will be able to see all of the data elements we need to receive from you on your members. You can use this template by pasting your member data into it, or use your existing reports in spreadsheet format and just be sure the same content is there. Once you have your file ready please send it to your Chamber Nation support representative that you have been working with. 


Here is the Chamber Nation Data Process to be Sure Your System is Launched Without Issues

 

  1. We will request a conference call with you to go over the spreadsheet to be sure that all data required for a smooth transition is verified. We don't want to load your new management system until we all agree that the data is correct. During this process you have the option to also include "previous member" records we call "LEGACY" information you might want to store in your new system for historical purposes. 
  2. We both agree that once the data is uploaded you will begin using the new system for recording all payments and generating member invoices, etc. If this step is not done, then the correct member data just uploaded is no longer going to be correct and causes unnecessary confusion.
  3. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CONVERT YOUR CALENDAR OF EVENTS DATA SO PLEASE ENTER THAT ONCE YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR NEW CHAMBER NATION PROGRAM.

​During your setup process you will be working with our customer setup representative. They will take you through the process, make sure your member data is correct, and answer all of your questions. We suggest you attend a the workshops held Dr. Ryan Nielsen as he will help with system overview and answer specifics as needed.


We are doing most of the work behind the scenes to impress:


During the data migration and educational phases above our team will be converting your existing website content, building out a mobile dynamic website, configuring our extensive management system to meet your needs, and then getting it ready for a flawless rollout. Next we will be setting up your member network and services we need in order to support your members. There is a lot going on behind the scenes that you won't be bothered with, but we know you will be happy with.


Your website platform is going to be really nice and easy to edit. In the beginning you can let us make the decisions since we have a lot of experience delivering Chamber of Commerce websites. 


Once the site is completed we work with you to configure the design to match your brand and the community personality. We think you will be very pleased with the outcome and we will limit the amount of work you will need to do. 


Each website, after our initial work and delivery, still includes an additional 5 hours of custom website work. We find that this is typically plenty of time to match your community look and feel. Any time after this typically runs $25 to $50 per hour with the higher range charged only when there are a number of custom graphic elements required. 


Rest assured that most sites do not  incur additional charges. 

PLEASE NOTE:  The following sites are new so some member services may not be fully setup or onboarded. 

Launching your new website:


Once we have completed your website which now includes your previous site content, all new system information, technology, and design, it will be time for you to review the site and then we will introduce you to the editor showing you how easy it is to manage your site. 


​All sites are ready to go and pre-loaded with all of your content and new automation.
